The Rowan Hat features knits, purls and simple cables to form textured diamonds on a background of stockinette stitch. Perfect for a gift! The Rowan Hat is a quick and easy knit. Written in 3 sizes. Cables fully charted and written.

MEASUREMENTS
To Fit: 19.5 (22, 24)” (49.5 (56, 61) cm) head circumference
Finished Measurements: 16.5 (19, 21)” (42 (48, 53.5) cm) circumference

MATERIALS
Yarn: 120 (150, 190) yds (110 (140, 180) m) Worsted weight yarn
Samples knit in Malabrigo Rios. Child size knit in the color Lettuce and used about 50 g or 110 yds. Adult S/M size knit in the color Frank Ochre and used about 65 g or 140 yds. Adult L size knit in the color Ravelry Red and used about 85 g or 180 yds.
Needles: Size US 7 (4.50 mm): 16” (40 cm) circular and dpns (or size needed to get gauge), Size US 6 (4.00 mm): 16” (40 cm) circular and dpns for ribbing
Notions: 7 (8, 9) stitch markers (one unique), two dpns or cns for cables, tapestry needle

GAUGE
22 sts and 24 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in Pattern after blocking
