Rowena Pouch
The Rowena Pouch is made with Tapestry Crochet technique!
It is a chevron inspired design with a wavy feel to it!
The PDF contains written instructions, pictures to guide you through the most important parts of the making of the bag and a chart for the tapestry design. Even though it was written to be as beginner friendly as possible, you need to know and master the basics of tapestry crochet!
Pattern is in US terms.
The pouch has the following approximate size:
H - 12 cm / 4,7 inches;
L - 20 cm / 7,9 inches;
W - 4 cm / 1,6 inches.
With this pattern you’ll make a rectangle structured pouch for more storage capacity (which is great for a cosmetic pouch), but you’ll be able to make it as a clutch or give only width to the base instead of this full rectangle structure.
You’ll find in the PDF information on how to make a different size (maybe for a different project)!
You’ll need a category 2 (fine) cotton yarn.
You’ll need 1 skein for each color (A, B, C and D).
You can find the brands and color codes of the yarns used in the PDF.
You can use any colors of your preference. This design would look gorgeous in a rainbow or ombré effect for example. Even though I used 4 different colors, you can use 2, 3 or more than 4.
Just use your imagination!
I hope you’ll enjoy using the design for this and other projects!
