With the arrival of Princess Charlotte on May 2nd 2015, and seeing her in the unusually designed vintage bonnet, i wanted to knit one for my neice who’s baby girl is due in August. So here is my version of it in DK .. It is knit in two main pieces .. the main piece which goes around the back of the head from cheek to cheek and a smaller piece for the top of the bonnet. I hope you enjoy knitting it as much as i did .. i am sure it will be a talking point when your friends, family see your baby wearing it. It is in two sizes, either birth or 3-6 months.
