Silk and merino wool yarn is luxuriously soft with a beautiful depth of color. Along with shades of purple there are also blues, indigo, and pink. The Tunisian staggered X-stitch complements the yarn for a dramatic and elegant pillow.

You will need a Tunisian H hook. For the border, you may use the Tunisian hook or can switch to a regular H hook. Other supplies: Pillow form 11 inches square; tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
