This is a nice, wavy pattern for a summer scarf. Originally, this was designed to be worn on the day of the coronation of the new Dutch king, hence the name and the bright orange color. But also on other occasions this is a lovely item to brighten up a summer outfit.

This is a quick knit, using dropped stitches. It can be worn from both sides.

The size of this scarf is easily adjustable. Mine was fairly short because I ran out of yarn, but you can make it as long as you want.

I used a nameless wool/cotton blend, but this would be great in a yarn containing some silk. You would need about 100 gr.
