This tiered, ruffled skirt for Neo Blythe features three tiers of scallop-edged ruffles.

The three tiers of this skirt are worked separately and then sewn together on the inside of the garment. Two of the tiers are worked in the round, and the third tier is worked partially in the round and partially flat. All tiers are worked on US size 1 (2.25mm) needles using one color of fingering weight yarn (or switch it up and use different colors!).

The skirt fastens in the back with a snap for a snug fit at Blythe’s waist. You can sew the tiers together closely for a shorter skirt, or farther apart for a longer skirt. It’s up to you to make the look you want!
