This is a super chunky version of Ruby’s Hat, it is a very quick knit thanks to the super chunky (bulky yarn) and big needles.

The main part of the hat is knitted on straight needles then it joined in the round for the ribbed cuff. the smaller size is perfect for older children and adults with short hair.

The hat (both sizes) takes 100g of super chunky yarn, the flower requires extra.

I have included a pattern for a flower but you can use a button or just leave the gather.
