An alternative to the ruffle boa, this ruched and ruffled scarf lies more flat and is lighter and airier, but still ultra-frilly and frothy. It can be made as long or as short as desired, and gauge is not important. One skein of net yarn will be more than sufficient for a 60” scarf, and two shorter scarves (50” each) could probably be made up from one skein. Something new to help bust that stash of net yarn still on hand.
