This pattern uses 2 circular needles one 16” and one 29”.

I have suggested Vanna’s Choice yarn but any soft Aran or worsted weight yarn that you would like at your neck would work as well.

My inspiration for the three tier ruffle design was to give a structural element that would stand out when worn on the neck.

Although I believe sizes will vary, my samples worked out to:
drama: 19” around pre-stretch and the inner tube depth 5”
extra drama: 23” around pre-stretch with inner tube depth 5”
