The pattern is suitable for babies aged 6-12 months. (Or older, if different yarn/hook size used.) The size of the booties depends on the yarn and the hook used. If you wish to make a larger sized bootie, use a thicker yarn and a larger hook. However, please note that the ruffles may not turn out well with a really thick yarn.

The sample booties were about 11cm (4.33 inches) from heel to toe.
Gauge from the sole of the bootie (a row): 5cm – 11hdc.

Skill level: EASY to INTERMEDIATE. Some clearer instructions included for beginners, but you should know basic stitches to complete this pattern. No difficult stitches used.
