Pattern can be made with circular & DPN’s or straight & DPN’s if you don’t have the right size circular needles. It will just be a bit difficult to keep all the ruffle stitches on the DPN’s at the bottom of the sweater, but it is possible.

Sweater has keyhole opening in back. 1 button closure. No button hole, the button should fit easily between the stitches.
