Ruffle Boot Cuff
Terms Used:
- Cast On: use a stretchy cast on like long tail or crochet cast
- Knit: knit a st (k)
- Purl: purl a st (p)
- Stitch: (st)
- K2tog: knit two stitches together like they are one st (decrease)
- K1fb: knit into one stitch twice to make two stitches (increase)
You also need to partition stitches for making the ruffles. This is shown by a picture and video tutorial as well as described in the pattern for your convenience.
Things You Will Need:
3.75 and 4.0mm double pointed knitting needles
DK yarn, 240 yards for large size, less yardage for smaller sizes
* yarn needle, stuff for blocking, scissors and scrap yarn

Gauge:
6 stitches (width) by 7 stitches (height) in one inch.
Large size (pictured in pink) measures 5 inches (height) by 5.75 inches (width) when laid flat and no stretch applied. Fits my 15 inch calf, right below my knee.
Sizes: Sm (Med, Large) 10-12 inches (13-15, 16-18) Round down if you are in the middle.
