A quick, easy project made with cotton crochet thread, this ruffled hairband with contrasting top stitching, is sure to complement any casual outfit. Jeweled or plain, it is worked from side-to-side allowing for creating the perfect custom-fit.

Main Materials:
1 spool of size 3 Red Heart brand cotton crochet thread in White
1 spool of size 10 Red Heart brand cotton crochet thread in Black

Scissors, tape measure, large pointed needle with eye large enough to handle size 3 crochet thread

Sewing needle and all-purpose black colored sewing thread

Optional: Seven ½ inch and Six ¼ inch round faceted sew-on gems. The optional sew-on jewels used in this project were from the multi-size pack #550001374 Favorite Findings from Blumenthal/Lansing. It can be found at both Walmart stores & online at www.buttonlovers.com.
