Ruffle necklace / choker / hatband
This pattern came about as a result of my having just a bit of Starbella net yarn left over from scarf-making. After some experimentation, I hit upon this frilly necklace design, and have enjoyed enthusiastic responses to those I have worn myself and sold on-line.
The necklace has proven to be a very versatile piece: it can be worn with its interior edge flat, or twisted for even more ruffles. It can be pinned close to the neck for a jabot effect, or to one side of the neck for a jaunty look. The necklace can even double as a hatband, particularly if worn in conjunction with a net flower made in the same net yarn. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
So, turn those short lengths of net yarn into an eye-catching accessory for yourself and / or your friends. The pattern works up very quickly!
