This pattern has a full video tutorial, as well as written and photo instructions with a formula to make it in any size you want.
But this was made for a 12 month old but on slight tweeking you can make into 2T but sizes any smaller or larger will require the formula.
This is a great way to open you mind to the ways of using ruffle yarn.
It is a new kind of pattern making pants with this kind of yarn rather than just a skirt or a tube like garments.
You will need elastic for this part of the project.
I used the 88 peg 3/8” gauge loom to complete this.
You could also use this pattern for putting under dresses in the winter and summer.
