A lightly felted scarf that is first knitted flat, then the ruffles are knitted in the round around the perimeter of the scarf.

You will need 2 skeins in main color 9992 and 3 skeins in contrast color 8422 .

For ruffles use a size 10 / 6mm circular needle 60 in / 150 cm long or two sets of 32 in / 80 cm circular needles.
