This cute little baby blanket is only knitted, the ruffles are build in ,not sewed .I used Yarn in weight 6,but you can use any yarn what you want, just cast on ,how many stitches you will need ,for your desired length. About 500 yards.for the panel of the blankets used size US10 ,and for the ruffles, needles size US11.
