Here is another fun way to use those ruffle yarns. The cami is knit in the round, bottom up, from crochet yarn, adding ruffles as you go up. The cami is stretchy and is fitted with elastic around the top. It is like a tube top with an extra row of ruffles across the top at front.

Use either Estelle Frill Seeker or Red Heart Boutique Sashay, as you wish. Less than one skein, about 20 to 30 y of one of the ruffled yarns is needed.
