Pattern 2. Ruffled Medallion Cover

Instructions to make decorative crocheted cover for 2.5 inch “plastic foam” ball.

Materials include:
bedspread weight crochet cotton “one large ball”,
steel crochet hook size 7 (1.25mm),
1/4 inch ribbon,
1/8 inch ribbon,
foam balls,
1 sheet tissue paper,
clear drying craft glue,
1/2 inch wide brush,
tapestry needle,
straight pins.

Gauge: Rnds 1 and 2 = 2.25 inches.

Finishing instructions are included. Foam balls are covered with tissue paper cut in 3/4 inch squares then crocheted cover and ribbon are added.
