This is a very easy pattern one you get the hang of picking up the ruffle stitches. The pattern does come with photos showing how to do this. I love that this scarf has the ruffle as the top layer rather then under the scarf end, like so many of the other ruffled neck warmer patterns out there. This is a one skein scarf/neck warmer and makes a perfect and inexpensive gift!
