This adorable Ruffled Rascal Baby Hat is a quick and simple project to knit.
The unique construction of this hat was designed for those of us who prefer knitting over purling. It knits up quickly, and looks so cute!

Pattern includes instructions for 2 sizes - Baby (14” circumference) and Toddler (16” circumference).
Recommended gauge is 5 sts per inch.

Sample was knit with Sirdar Rascal DK yarn (in color 0451), and size 6 needles (16” circular and double pointed).

Instructions are clearly written.
Required skills include casting on, knitting, K2tog (decrease), YO (increase), working flat and in the round (on circular and double pointed needles), and just a little bit of seaming, to join the side edges of the ruffle together.
