This is a ribbed, ruffled fingerless glove pattern designed for Samson’s Angoras Blizzard yarn. This yarn is an 80% Angora 20% superwash merino yarn and is available through www.IAGARB.org or from Leslie Samson and her sources. I also have a small stash left as of Feb 2010. This glove is ribbed and hugs the hand nicely so it feels very good on if you tend to have cold hands.

The pattern has step by step instructions written out and includes a chart for the lace ruffle and the lace repeat for the body of the glove.

It also knits up nicely in the Baby Cashmere Merino Silk DK. I guess the fluffier yarns look nicer. I did a pair in a Knit picks sock yarn and it worked but it was not as nice at this gauge.

This is one of my favorite patterns so far.
