This hat meets the requirements (no crossing rings) so it is NOT an O hat. I just like these colors together!
This easy-to-knit striped beanie can be made with any worsted weight yarn that gives you the correct gauge. Stripes can be made from scrap yarn, embroidery thread, tapestry yarn, or hand spun. (Beg and borrow if need be!)
Knit in-the-round in stockinette stitch, it begins with ribbing on a circular 16-inch needle then progresses to double pointed needles for the top decreases.

A homemade pompom adorns the top.

Make it in the colors of your choice to personalize it!
