Rush is the main character from the book “Lessons Learned: The Great African Wild Dog Story” by April Calderwood. In the book, we follow Rush and her pack on the adventure of the lifetime, braving the plights of life while trying to figure out the best way to survive. She has to make the decision is survival of the fittest the best course of action or is love as powerful as they able to break even through the chains of death.
