Rusko is truly the beanie pattern that fits for all needs! It’s knitted bottom up and has sizes from a newborn to an adult. It now even comes with two versions, DK and fingering!

The pattern itself is a very simple knit with a nice detail at the crown. The beanie can be worn with the brim folded widely for a fitted look or smaller fold for more relaxed fit. Simple, enjoyable knit for everyone from a beginner to an advanced knitter.

50-100-100-(100-150-150) g or 100-200-200-(200-300-300 m / 110-220-220-(220-330-330) yards
of Filcolana Peruvian Highland wool (100% wool) 100 m / 50 g or similar DK to Worsted weight
yarn. The adult sample is worked with Knitting for Olive merino (250 m / 50 g) and one strand of
Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair held together.

YARN AND YARDAGE FINGERING
1 skein (100g) or 150-200-200-(250-300-350) m / 165-220-220-(275-330-380) yards of Urth
Harvest Fingering (100% merinowool, 400 m / 100 g) or similar fingering weight yarn. The adult
sample is worked with Sonder Yarn Co. Sunday Morning 4 ply (75% BFL / 25% Masham, 395 m /
100 g).
