RUSTY the Red Squirrel loves to ramble in the countryside. He wears a scarf and carries a rucksack which will hold two or three hazelnuts to provide a tasty snack when he gets hungry. Rusty measures 20 cm (8 in) to the tips of his ears.

Knitted flat on a pair 3.25 mm needles (US size 3). Only small amounts of double knitting yarn are required.
(USA use light-worsted/Australia - 8 ply).

The five page pattern has numbered rows which make it very easy to follow. The fuzzy tail is easy to make and attach and there are plenty of handy knitting tips and illustrations to guide you throughout the pattern. Only basic knitting skills are required.
