This is such a cute little Spring Basket. Its perfect for a child who wants to collect their, flowers, little treasures, easter eggs or to have on display in a nursery.

This brick stitch is so easy to do. If you are a beginner Knitter and you have just learnt your knit and purl stitches this design introduces yfwd (yarn forward) and yarn back (yarn back).

This design is worked using beautiful scrummy shades of Malabrigo 100% organic cotton. Do check out their site for the vast shade availability of this yarn type.

You will need 1 skein of MS (Main Shade) and Oddments of Malabrigo (approx) 50gr for the cords and handles and oddments for the flower.
