Pattern is worked in about 4 different pieces that get sewn together. There are a variety of stitches that are used in this pattern, from a puff stitch to a thermal, to twisted single crochet. However, this gives this bag a gorgeous look to it.
I used two different yarn weights for the Rust Colored Bag, a weight 3 for the body, and a weight 4 for the edging, because I wanted the body to have a little bit of room for stretch, and the edging to help keep the bag sturdy. Weight 3, or light weight yarn was Yarn Bee Simply Flawless in color Sunwashed Riveria, had 301yds. Weight 4, or medium weight yarn, was Yarn Bee Yarn ID in color Red Brick had 252yds.
I used only weight 3, or light weight yarn for the white toned bag, using 2 skeins each in the color Cream and White Sands.
I would say that this bag is not the best at being beginner friendly, but with the amount of information in the PDF, I do believe that a beginner can have success with this pattern.
I also included different ways to make the handle, so you can pick which option is best suited to you.
Other materials you will need will be a tapestry needle, scissors and the 2 Round O Rings.
