Rustic Ridge Pillow is a simple envelope pillow designed with Cascade Magnum in mind. It’s squishy and soft. Looks rustic, unfussy, and cozy! I can see a collection of different colors on my couch. I chose the Denim color for every day, but all of the colors are also so beautiful. Oranges for fall, pastels for summer, reds and greens for holidays, and many greys and neutrals. That’s why I like envelope pillows. You can change out the covers depending on the time of year.
The hardest part about this pattern might be sewing an envelope pillow in three pieces instead of just folding. I like the separation of the edges that you get with seaming instead of just folded over. The yarn is so thick, it works up ultra quick, which is nice for an in-between project for those longer tedious ones.
