Materials Needed:
5 and 6mm Hooks
Worsted #4 weight yarn - 195 yards
Sewing needle
Sewing pins
1 piece of 21 x 10 inch fabric in a coordinating color (optional)
Sewing Machine (not 100% necessary, but very helpful)

Notes:
This pattern creates a 9.75 inch wide by 8 inch tall handbag with 1 long strap.
It is written in US terms.
You will need to know sc, hdc, dec, FLO, and BLO.
This pattern is worked in joining rounds.
There will be instructions and a youtube link at the end of the pattern to help you sew a fabric lining if you choose.

Abbreviations & Terms - US Terminology:
Ch - chain
Sc - single crochet
Sl St - slip stitch
Hdc - half double crochet
Dec - decrease
BLO - back loop only
FLO - front loop only
St - stitch
R - round/row
- stitch count and added notes
Join - sl st into chain

Gauge:
8 blo hdc x 5 rows = 2x2”
