The Rustic Summer Headband was designed with spring and fall in mind. Made in DK yarn with a semi-open stitch pattern, this headband will keep your ears warm, but still have plenty of breathability - perfect for the fickle weather of changing seasons!

This pattern is written in ENGLISH using US terminology and has been tested by others. It includes detailed instructions for the featured stitches with photos to help with stitch placement. Links to blog posts for additional help, if needed, are also included.

SKILL LEVEL: Advanced Beginner
Skills used: working in the round, herringbone half double crochet, decrease stitch, invisible slip stitch to join

MATERIALS:

• Crochet hook: 4.5mm hook
• Yarn: 45-110 yards of #3/DK weight yarn

INCLUDED SIZES:

• Baby (fits heads 15-17” in circumference)
• Toddler (fits heads 17-19” in circumference)
• Child (fits heads 19-20” in circumference)
• Teen/Adult Small (fits heads 20-21” in circumference)
• Adult Large (fits heads 22-23” in circumference)

Instructions are also given to make modifications to both the circumference and overall height of the headband if you would like a different fit.
