Rustic Weave Cardigan
The tightly woven cable stitches create a charming and cozy feel, while the background is designed with flatter stitches for contrast.
CONSTRUCTION
The cardigan is worked top-down, starting from the neckline. Shoulder shaping is created first using short rows, followed by the yoke. The sleeves are then separated at the underarm, and the body is worked flat. The resting sleeve stitches are worked in the round. Stitches are picked up along the front edges to create the button band. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline to knit the neckband.
