A tube of lace motifs, this project can be blocked and worn/styled as a cowl. But by adding a narrower yoke, it can be worn as a capelet. I think it would also be a very pretty layering piece over a skirt or jeans as a lacy skirt accent, with a belt woven through the lace holes and cinched at the hips.
