Rustik socks
RUSTIK is a very simple sock pattern with a decorative ribbing worked in contrast colour, which is perfect for using little bits and pieces of yarns left over from other projects. These socks are knitted from the cuff down and feature a very simple yet comfortable variation of a ‘strong style’ heel and roomy gusset, that do not require picking up stitches and is worked with simple increases and short rows. This heel style will be perfect for someone who needs a little bit more room around their arch and heel.
All the pattern measurements below are given for sport weight / heavy fingering weight yarn, however the pattern contains tips and suggestions on how to adjust it for any other yarn weight The pattern covers 12 sizes from 32 to 76 sts, so you will surely be able to find the size that will fit you well.
