Rustl was created for a fantasy crochet amigurumi contest. He stands about 12 inches tall when made with Cleo cotton yarn and the hooks specified. If you want a larger or smaller Elf, you can adjust the size by using heavier yarn and larger corresponding hooks or a lighter weight yarn and smaller hooks for a smaller elf.
