These are mittens intended for a child age 6-8. I’ve only provided a chart at this time. The colors were chosen by my daughter, who indicated she wanted mittens with hearts, flowers and snowflakes on them. I cast on 50 stitches, did corrugated ribbing for the cuffs, and then increased to get a total of 68 stitches.

When I weighed these, they came in at 1.76 oz or 47 g. That amounts to about 1 total ball of Palette or other 2-ply wool.
