3.75 mm (US 5) double pointed needles/circular needles
darning needle
stitch marker
sew-on snaps (approx. 2 pairs), needle and thread of matching colr
frog closure (1 pair) or you can make your own

Chest Circumference: size 12/18m: 22 ¼ inches; size 1/2: 24 ¼ inches; size 3/4: 26 ¼ inches; size 5/6: 28 ¼ inches; size 7/8: 30 ¼ inches; size 9/10: 32 ¼ inches; size XS: 34 ¼ inches; size S: 36 ¼ inches; size M: 39 inches; size L: 42 ¼ inches; size XL: 46 ¼ inches.
Dress length to underarm: size 12/18m: 11 inches; size 1/2: 13 inches; size 3/4: 15 inches; size 5/6: 17 inches; size 7/8: 19 inches; size 9/10: 21 inches; size XS: 25 inches; size S: 27 inches; size M: 29 inches; size L: 31 inches; size XL: 32 inches.
