2 colors of any weight yarn and a crochet hook to match that yarn
I recommend aran weight yarn and a 5mm hook.
I used Garnstudio DROPS Nepal (50g = 75m / 1.8oz = 82yds)

Gauge, Yardage & Measurements

Gauge, yardage and your project’s measurements depend entirely on the yarn you choose to use.

With aran weight yarn and 5mm crochet hook
Gauge: 10cmx10cm / 4”x4” = ~16 stitches x 12 rows of pattern
Measurements: 220cm/87.7” height x 11cm/4.3” width (pattern repeated twice)
I had three 50g skeins of each color and used a bit more than two skeins of each
