Yarn used in the sample (size XS) is 3 skeins of Qing Fibre Yak Single, Sage colourway.

Gauge: 26 sts & 36 rows = 10cm / 4” in Stockinette stitch on larger needles, blocked.

Suggested needles: 2.75mm (US 2) circulars 60cm/24”-100cm/40” long and 2.00mm (US 1) DPNs.

Notions: stitch markers, row counter, scissors, tape measure, waste yarn, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Techniques used: Cable cast-on, cables, slip stitches, left- and right-leaning decreases, double knitting, buttonholes.

Construction notes: The cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top-down, starting with the top of the back. Short rows are used to shape the shoulders, then the back is worked straight down to the underarm. Stitches are picked up at the shoulders to work each of the front sides separately down to the underarm. The back is joined with both fronts and the body of the cardigan is worked flat in one piece to the hem. Sleeve stitches are picked up around each armhole and worked in the round down to the cuffs. Double-knit button band with buttonholes is worked on last.

Konstrukcijas piezīmes: Jaka tiek adīta bez vīlēm no augšas uz leju, sākot ar mugurpuses plecu vīlēm. Lai izveidotu plecu līnijas slīpumu, tiek izmantotas nepabeigtās rindas, tad mugurpuse tiek adīta taisni līdz padusēm. Katrai no priekšpuses daļām tiek uzcelti valdziņi no plecu līnijas, un puses tiek adītas atsevišķi līdz padusēm. Tad mugurpuse tiek savienota ar abām priekšpuses daļām un stāvs tiek adīts taisni līdz apmalei. Piedurnei valdziņi tiek uzcelti apkārt katrai piedurknes vietai un piedurkne tiek adīta pa apli līdz aprocei. Dubultā adījuma pogu aizdare tiek adīta pēdējā.
