The Sage of Time Socks are knit from the cuff down and are constructed with a heel flap and gusset. The colorwork section underneath the cuff has a pattern with circles and stripes at the front and a labyrinth pattern on the back. Before the toe starts, there’s a small colorwork section with little teardrops.

Yarn: fingering weight sock yarn (425m/100g) in two colors

Used for the ones in the example is the 4ply sock yarn by Opal in the colors 5187 (main color) and 5183 (contrasting color)

Approx. amount:
Main color: 60-80 g, depending on size and foot length
Contrasting Color: 10g

Gauge: 30 sts and 42 rows = 10x10cm / 4x4“ in stockinette st

Needles: DPNS or a circular needle in 2.5mm and 3mm

Sizes (measured at the widest foot circumference):

S: 17,5 cm, stretches to 21 cm (8.2 in) (56 sts)
M: 20 cm, stretches to 24 cm (9.4 in) (64 sts)
L: 23 cm, stretches to 27 cm (10.6 in) (72 sts)

The length of the foot and leg can be adjusted individually.
