Work back and forth using circular needle 3.5 mm
Main color (MC): Heritage Hand Painted Sock Yarn from Cascade # 9883, about 300 grams
Plan on getting an extra skein of main color so you don’t run short
Contrast color (CC): Heritage Sock Yarn # 5618, about 50 grams, or choose your own colors
Finished size after blocking: Width about 95” (240 cm)
Height from bottom point to neck edge is about 39” (99 cm)
It is a great sized shawl, large enough to wrap around you on cold days!
The shawl is worked mainly in Garter st. The Lace Edge is worked after the rest of the shawl is
done, by picking up the 575 sts from the first row
