My finished size using worsted weight yarn and 4.5 mm crochet hook was 5.5 inches long and 6.25 inches tall.

Yarn: Worsted Weight yarn. I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Gray, Blue and White.
You can substitute any yarn for this pattern and go down 1- 2 hook sizes from yarn recommendation.
