Worsted weight yarn in blue and white
5.5 mm hook

Abbreviations
Cc = Contrast colour
Ch = Chain
Hdc = Half double crochet
Hk = Hook
Mc = Main colour
Sl St = Slip stitch
St = Stitch

Finished Measurements
0-3 months: Circumference 14 inches
3-6 months: Circumference 15.5 inches
6-12 months: Circumference 17 inches
Toddler to Small Child: Circumference 18.5 inches
Older Child to Small Teen: Circumference 20 inches
Large Teen to Adult: Circumference 21.5 inches
