This pattern is inspired by the fragile petals of the magnificent Sakura blossom. The Sakura is a delicate and transient beauty with both cultural and spiritual significance. I have tried to transfer this grace into my knitting.

The Sakura Cowl is easy knitted with double strands, and has two Tassels on a string woven in, which gives both a fluffy and tough look.

Materials:
Yarn: DSA Faerytale Alpaca, totally 150 grams
Needles: Circular needle, No US 11 / 8.0 mm
Others: Tapestry needle, Stitch marker (1)

Gauge & Size: Approximately 18.0 = 4 inches stockinet, when using the recommended yarn, (one thread) and needle NO US 7/ 4,5mm. However, exact gauge is not crucial with this pattern. Neither is using the recommended yarn or needle sizes. You are free to use any type of yarn or needle sizes you want. Just be aware that the size and gauge will turn out different, when using otherwise than suggested.
