this is a simple, short sock. The kit includes yardage to make them taller if you prefer, by repeating the colorwork section before completely switching to the 2nd color.
This could easily be cuff down, there is ribbing on the inside of the cuff to help keep its shape, there is nothing in the pattern you could not turn around and knit downwards.
