This market bag is crafted with stiffer yarn, but cotton yarn would be fine! I purchased this yarn from a Thai market and it had no labels (hence my lack of information!). I used 2.5 skeins of tan yarn for the body and half of a blue one for the straps! Please comment below how much you used in yardage so I can adjust mine, I kept it broad since I wasn’t sure!

The sides of the body are 7 dc in a row, with a ch 2 dc pattern for the sides, split with 4 dc in a row to provide a bit more stability.

This bag pattern is pretty easy to adjust the size of, especially if you have knowledge in crochet! I also include some comments about the placement of the straps!
