Saligna Cowl is designed using a moebius structure. Firstly, it is a tube knitted in the round for the desired length. Then the cowl is twisted once, and the ends are joined using the kitchener stitch.

The pattern is a modified version of the design in my Saligna Sweater – click HERE to view this sweater in Ravelry.
