Salmiakki, that odd salty licorice we Finns love so much and rest of the world can’t understand why :D
We also call that diamond figure salmiakki, propably because salmiakki comes in that shape in many cases.

This same pattern is used in my Beagle Socks and when I did those I just loved it so much I had to do sock using it.
Pattern is pretty easy to knit, you pretty quickly learn the chart and if you want there is included instructions for ladder technique that helps in the middle of the diamons, stranding won’t show to front when using it.
