The “SAM” hat - Fourth of July fun!

This patriotic pixie hat is knit in the round complete with stars and stripes in red white and blue.
The stars are crocheted and then sewn on.

THE BASICS

• Pattern includes 6 sizes: Newborn / 3-6 months / 6-12 months / Toddler / Child / Adult

• Instructions are for knitting in the round on circular and double pointed needles

• Approx. 30 - 60 yds (28 - 56 m) DK or light-worsted weight yarn in white

• Approx. - 50 - 110 yds (46 - 100 m) DK or light-worsted weight yarn in blue

• U.S. size 6 (4 mm) 12” or 16” circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge

• U.S. size 6 (4 mm) double pointed needles or size needed to obtain gauge

• U.S. size E (3.5 mm) crochet hook
