While enjoying another smashing cup of herbal tea, I started working out this design. I was drinking a lot of elder flower tea, or Sambucha in Latin - hence the name.

And inspect the way this toe has been knitted: apart from that I used the Dutch heel to knit up the toe as I am used to, I continued to knit the ribbed (2x2) pattern. Therefore there is no dull, flat toe in stockinette stitch at the end!!
